WHY AM I PLANNING HALLOWEEN IT'S SO EARLY

I ALREADY have my costume planned out. Because Homestuck is awesome, I'm going as a character. My brother, who refuses to read homestuck until I finish Gurren Lagann and beat Chrono Trigger, will no doubt get pretty annoyed at this and taunt me.
OH WELL.

I'm going as the ever so easy to imitate Midnight Crew. Because those zentai suit things cost serious money, I'm just going without. I doubt anyone will recognize me anyways.
I was thinking of being Spades, but since I happen to already own everything I need for Diamonds, I'm going as Diamonds.
All I need is a fedora and a pure white tie (or red, whatevers). And also a diamond put on, but that really shouldn't take that long. And maybe a cuestick, if I can find one. And obviously my lame cat ears, because Diomond is obviously a cat. Oh, and I need to figure out my hair. Like, what am I supposed to do with it?
Did I mention this is incredibly low-budject? All I'm wearing are my regular concert band clothes+my one piece of formal-ish wear. And I'm borrowing the fedora and tie. AND EVERYTHING, EVER.
Until then, this is my current outfit.

Here it is with just the lines. I used sowing chalk, which works great and comes out easy.

Here's my first painting lines. They turned out so thick, but pretty consistent.

The gaps are filled! I made a bit of a mistake on the lower gap where I painted the wrong one, but
 it isn't too noticeable.

And the words are added! Don't mind my horrible lettering.  I couldn't help it.

Blog: Let me tell you about Homestuck

Homestuck. It is amazing. Really.

Anyways, let me just tell you about it. It's sort of a creation story but also like a video game at the same time. It's told in a style of text adventure. But with pictures. It's about four kids who start playing a new game, called Sburb. However, it turns out Sburb is something that starts the end of the world.
There are many characters in homestuck. There are even more things to remember about them. I don't even want to go into listing them all. The comic itself is very long, and forms itself through panels, flashes, games and textlogs. Time travel, alternate timelines and alternate worlds make up most of the plot. It's often based in satire of many things, itself included. It can be sad and it can be terrifying. The characters are composed well enough that, even if you don't know them well (or have trouble keeping track like I did) they will grow on you.
I got into Homestuck through maybe a week of reading (like I said, it's very long.) I had first heard of it through the Hetalia fandom. Apparently, there's some sort of feud between the two fandoms. Curiosity got me to look it up, and I lost interest about ten pages in.
I tried again a year later (Just this year), and was hooked. I love the characters and the freshness of the plot. I'm a sucker for setting in stories, and I love the world Homestuck takes place in. It's full of clever plot twists and self-referencing. Also, it has it's own catchy music.
I suggest you don't give up for a while. The beginning starts out slow, but picks up pace maybe round the second act.

I'm back.
So, I never ended up actually posting Static. This would b terrible, if it wasn't for the fact no one was counting on me to post it. So I'm delaying it for as long as I want.
Also, School. They say it's different in high school, but in truth it's pretty much the same. Except there's so much more work you have to carry around. All the time.
As if I didn't already have a weak back.

But back to something better: TF2. I used to be one of the top players on a big server I liked, but due to me having less time to play I am now down to rank #3000. I used to at #300. This is quite sad.

But anyways again, here's my latest batch of things.
